Futurestep appoints Chong Ng as Managing Director, Greater China

CHRM HONG KONG, July 27, 2012 -- Futurestep, a Korn/Ferry company (NYSE: KFY), today announced that Chong Ng has been appointed Managing Director, Greater China at Futurestep.

Mr. Ng joined Futurestep in August 2011 as Business Development Director for the Asia region and has been successfully growing the company's RPO (Recruitment Process Outsourcing) business and enhancing Futurestep's go-to-market strategy across Asia. He will split his time between Futurestep's operations in Shanghai, Beijing and Hong Kong, where he is currently based.

Prior to joining Futurestep, Mr. Ng was the founder and Managing Director of Vantage Limited providing clients with outsourcing and IT consulting advisory services across Asia. Mr. Ng has extensive leadership and outsourcing expertise having led a sales practice across thirteen countries in Asia Pacific, and notably negotiated significant outsourcing contracts in major markets during his 22 years with EDS in Asia and in the US. Mr. Ng has an MBA (Finance) from Ball State University in Indiana and a BA (History & Religion) from Wabash College in Indiana.
